For the past few months, I have laid the groundwork for KNA Capital Management, an investment management firm currently pending state registration.
KNA’s equity strategy will focus on investing in companies with economic moats led by thoughtful stewards of shareholder capital, paying a reasonable price for them, and then patiently holding.
Beyond the new disclaimers and ownership disclosure language, the launch of KNA Capital will not impact your Flyover Stocks experience. I am committed to keeping Flyover Stocks as an outlet for sharing my thoughts about investing and researching overlooked quality companies.
Having written publicly about investing for almost two decades, it has become integral to my process and paid many dividends through accelerated learning and connections with thoughtful investors like yourself. This practice will continue alongside the launch of KNA Capital.
